Nate Blazo recorded two hits as the Trevians (12-12) came up short on Thursday, May 7, in Winnetka.

Loyola 7, Mount Carmel 6

Anthony Reavy singled in the seventh to bring home the game-winning run in the host Ramblers’ league win on Thursday, May 7, in Glenview.

Bennet Kono and Peter LaFontaine hit back-to-back home runs during the win for Loyola (12-14).

Highland Park 9, Niles North 7

Ben Hilgart hit a game-winning double to give the Giants (17-6) a league victory on Thursday, May 7, in Highland Park.

Glenbrook South 4, New Trier 2

Greg Campitelli struck out seven over five innings for the Trevians on Tuesday, May 5, in Glenview.

Loyola 9, Fenwick 1

Barrett Schifferdecker socked a two-run home run and Anthony Reavy had a three-run triple for the Ramblers on Tuesday, May 5, in Oak Park.

Mark Atwood and Teddy Kurtzweil combined to give up four hits and one run over seven innings pitched for Loyola.

Glenbrook South 5, New Trier 4

Jackie Ryder hit a two-run homer for the Trevians in the league loss in a game stretched across Monday and Tuesday, May 4-5.

Fenwick 7, Loyola 5

Anthony Reavy hit a three-run homer but the Ramblers came up short Tuesday, May 5, in Glenview.

Dom Maloney added a double and two RBI for Loyola.

New Trier 10, Lake Zurich 9

Keenan Donaldson tallied three hits, including two doubles, and four RBI for the Trevians on Saturday, May 2, in Winnetka.

Chase Estrada added two hits and two RBI for New Trier.

St. Laurence 11, Loyola 5

Bennet Kono homered and drove in four runs in the host Ramblers’ league loss on Saturday, May 2.

New Trier 13, Maine South 3

Harper Glinn had two hits and two RBI and Lyla Andelin tripled for the Trevians on Thursday, May 7, in Winnetka.

Sofia Norbot added three walks and three runs for New Trier (13-5), who scored 10 runs in the fourth inning during the league win.

Loyola 15, Fenwick 12

Moira Divane racked up four hits and four RBI to help the Ramblers to a victory on Thursday, May 7, in Oak Park.

Abby Murphy also recorded four RBI, while Maggie Herbert (double) and Susie Miller (triple) had two apiece for Loyola (11-11-1).

Regina 19, Woodlands 0

Quinn Christensen and Payton Aylward combined to pitch a perfect game for the Panthers on Wednesday, May 6.

Addyson Hogrefe and Christensen recorded three hits apiece for Regina.

New Trier 7, Evanston 1

Jenna Maclachlan smacked a home run and Charlotte Fink had two knocks for the Trevians on Tuesday, May 5, in Evanston.

Addy Varca picked up the win for New Trier, striking out eight over seven innings.

Providence 18, Loyola 13

Abby Murphy homered and collected six RBI for the Ramblers in the GCAC slugfest on Tuesday, May 5, in Glenview.

Gabby Berndt and Susie Miller each had a triple for Loyola.

Regina 16, Latin 1

Payton Aylward smacked two home runs and Clare Levar tallied four hits and four runs for the Panthers on Tuesday, May 5, in Wilmette.

New Trier 8, Rolling Meadows 1

Ilana Styles notched three hits, including a double, while Jenna Maclachlan had three hits and three RBI for the Trevians on Saturday, May 2, in Winnetka.

Loyola 12, Mukwonago (Wisconsin) 10

Chloe Takacs and Maggie Herbert had three hits and two RBI each in the Ramblers’ win on Saturday, May 2, in Glenview.

Emma Clarke added two hits including a triple for Loyola.

New Trier 5, Whitney Young 0

Claire Gallagher and Addy Randall were among the Trevians’ goal scorers on Thursday, May 7, in Northfield.

New Trier 2, Evanston 1

Addy Randall scored the equalizer and Maeve Driscoll the winner in the Trevians comeback victory on Tuesday, May 5.

BOYS VOLLEYBALL
DePaul Prep 25-25, Loyola 17-20

Todd Pham recorded seven digs and Aldis Kins 16 assists in the Ramblers’ Catholic League loss on Thursday, May 7, in Wilmette.

Loyola 25-25, St. Francis 22-20

Luke Malles notched 10 kills to go with a pair of blocks in the visiting Ramblers victory on Tuesday, May 5, in Wheaton.

GIRLS TRACK
Central Suburban League South Championships

Alexis Andrus, Olivia Levitz, Grace Murphy and Alice Frick finished first in the 4-by-800-meter relay with a time of 9 minutes 49.62 seconds, helping New Trier to the team championship on Thursday, May 7, at Deerfield High School.

Georgia Burne (300 hurdles, 46.42 seconds), Katherine Hatfield (high jump, 1.52 meters) and Sofia Controneo (triple jump, 10.9 meters) also nabbed first-place finishes for the Trevians.

Kayla Ritchie and Jillian Crane placed second and third, respectively, in the 3,200 for New Trier.
