Audrina Harvey tallied 7 kills and Gia D’Angelo 5 in the Ramblers victory on Wednesday, Sept. 30, in Wilmette.

Allison Kilroy added 12 assists and Addi Daigler 14 digs and 2 aces for Loyola (13-8).

Montini 25-25, Loyola 19-17

Hannah Kreutz racked up 5 aces but it wasn’t enough for the Ramblers on the road Tuesday, Sept. 29, in Lombard.

The Ramblers picked up a victory in the opening round of the IHSA postseason on Wednesday, Sept. 30, in Park Ridge.

Highland Park 32, Warren 13

The Giants won the program’s first playoff game in convincing fashion on Wednesday, Sept. 30, in Schaumburg.

New Trier 58, Northside 0

The Trevians took care of their playoff-opening opponent on Tuesday, Sept. 29.

IHSA 2A New Trier Regional

Molly Tir’s 77 was tied for the best score of the day for the Trevians, which placed second on Tuesday, Sept. 29, and advanced to the sectional round.

Nadiya Kundu (82) and Charlotte Giczewski (83) also finished in the top 10 for New Trier.

Mirah Ie (82), CeCe Swaim (85), Sophia Labuz (91), Charlotte Hammond (92) and Maggie Devore (96) all advanced as individuals for Loyola Academy, which placed fourth.

Highland Park’s Isa Osorio Cruz, a senior, is also off to the sectional after her 94.

BOYS GOLF
IHSA 3A New Trier Regional

Ezra Primosch and Charlie Norton each shot a 74 to lead New Trier to second place on Wednesday, Sept. 30, and a berth in the sectional tournament.

Will Cimaroli (75), Liam Kelly (76) and Mack Tapp (79) also contributed for the Trevians.

Loyola’s Ricardo Gonzalez Salles (79), Xander Schafer (80), Mason Lalich (81), Dennis Roche (83), Jack Goering (85) and Duke McGinn (85) also qualified for the sectional as individuals.

IHSA 3A Libertyville Regional

Cole Rosenbloom (75), Cooper Borstein (77) and Cam Saffro (79), all of Highland Park, advanced to the sectional competition with their performances on Tuesday, Sept. 29.
