Ravinia’s 2026 Lineup: Chance the Rapper, Rod Stewart, Miranda Lambert and more
Summer nights at the Ravinia Festival will feature a little bit of everything, as the festival’s star-studded 2026 lineup includes Chance the Rapper, Rod Stewart, Miranda Lambert and Broadway-favorite Hugh Jackman.
Ravinia’s always-anticipated announcement dropped Thursday morning, March 12, and features a lineup of more than 50 artists and 90 concerts between June to September.
This year, the festival will operate under the updated and redesigned Hunter Pavilion, honoring Maxine M. and Thomas B. Hunter II. The festival will offer a wide range of artists, genres and reflections in American music.

Popular artists include Paul Simon (July 17-18), Hugh Jackman (Aug. 9), Brandi Carlile (Aug. 26), Chance the Rapper (Aug. 8), Gladys Knight (Aug. 11), Ricky Martin (Aug. 20), Miranda Lambert (Aug. 30), Alabama Shakes (Aug. 21), Bonnie Raitt (Aug. 22), Kool & The Gang (Aug. 27), Rod Stewart (Sep. 5), Ziggy Marley (Sep. 17), Ray LaMontagne (Aug. 29) and more.

“The grand opening of the Hunter Pavilion marks a historic milestone for Ravinia,” Ravinia President and CEO Jeffrey P. Haydon said in a press release. “It is particularly meaningful that this state-of-the-art venue will serve as the inaugural stage for our debut artists, including conductor Klaus Mäkelä, Ricky Martin, Miranda Lambert, Alabama Shakes, Rod Stewart, and many others.”
“We are finding that the pavilion’s enhanced acoustics and sophisticated production capabilities are a powerful draw for world-class talent eager to perform in a venue that doesn’t just host music but creates an atmosphere that leaves both artists and audiences equally inspired.”
Returning for its 90th anniversary of its Ravinia residency, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra will perform six programs under Ravinia Chief Conductor Marin Alsop. Beginning July 11, the CSO will also perform the co-commissioned “Good News Mass” for its Midwest premiere and welcome an appearance by flutist Lizzo.
This outdoor festival is set on a park lawn for all ages. Attendees are free to bring their own beverages and food to picnics.
A wide array of classical music is also offered including recitals, chamber music. Families can also enjoy the Kids Concert Series.
Ravinia’s Steans Institute offers music programs that will have their students perform this summer. Events include the bridges competition, jazz grandstand, piano and strings concerts and vocal concerts.
The Hunter Pavilion renovation was supported by a privately funded $75 million “Setting the Stages” campaign, which now includes the Negaunee Foundation Stage with a new acoustic shell for orchestral performances as well as new audience seating with increased accessibility.
The Pavilion has also improved their back-of-the-house facility with the addition of the Negaunee Foundation Artist Center with updated dressing rooms and artist areas.
