Police Reports: Work trailer stolen, retail thefts and car burglaries

The following reports were pulled from the latest incident summaries provided by law enforcement departments in our coverage area (Wilmette, Winnetka, Highland Park, Northfield, Kenilworth, Glencoe and Skokie).

WILMETTE

Aug. 21

• An unlocked car reportedly was stolen overnight from the 700 block of Hibbard Road.

• A package reportedly was stolen from the 100 block of 9th Street.

• A bicycle reportedly was stolen from a driveway in the 400 block of Central Avenue.

Aug. 20

• An item reportedly was stolen from a store in the 3200 block of Lake Avenue.

Aug. 19

• A landscape-equipment trailer reportedly was stolen overnight from the 3600 block of Lake Avenue.

Aug. 18

• An individual was arrested for allegedly burglarizing a business on Aug. 14 in the 1500 block of Sheridan Road.

WINNETKA

No incidents reported between Aug. 25-31 that meet The Record’s standards for publication.

GLENCOE

HIGHLAND PARK

Aug. 24

• Multiple items reportedly were stolen from an unlocked car in the 1400 block of Chantilly Boulevard.

• Items reportedly were taken from two unlocked vehicles and a garage at a residence in the 3000 block of Parkside Drive.

• Merchandise reportedly was stolen from Target, 2099 Skokie Valley Road.

NORTHFIELD

Aug. 27

• A car reportedly was burglarized at a residence in the 200 block of Lagoon Drive.

Aug. 24

• A car reportedly was burglarized in the 100 block of Latrobe Avenue.

KENILWORTH

No incidents reported that meet The Record’s standards for publication.

SKOKIE

Aug. 27

• A car reportedly was burglarized in the 10000 block of Beverly Drive.

• Merchandise reportedly was stolen from a business in the 4900 block of Dempster Street.

Aug. 26

• Merchandise reportedly was stolen from a business in the 4800 block of Oakton Street.

• Merchandise reportedly was stolen from a business in the 3600 block of Touhy Avenue.

Aug. 25

• Merchandise reportedly was stolen from Walmart, 3626 Touhy Avenue.

Aug. 24

• Police are investigating an alleged aggravated robbery that occurred in the 3300 block of Touhy Avenue.

• Merchandise reportedly was stolen from a business in the 4900 block of Dempster Street.

• Property reportedly was stolen from a car in the 5100 block of Suffield Court.

• Property reportedly was stolen from a car in the 4900 block of Old Orchard Center.

Aug. 23

• Property reportedly was damaged in the 4700 block of Dempster Street.

Aug. 22

• A car reportedly was burglarized in the 3600 block of Touhy Avenue.

• Merchandise reportedly was stolen from a business in the 4900 block of Old Orchard Center.

• A residence reportedly was burglarized in the 8900 block of Niles Center Road.

• A car reportedly was stolen in the 5000 block of Conrad Street.

Aug. 21

• Merchandise reportedly was stolen from a business in the 5400 block of Touhy Avenue.

• A building reportedly was burglarized in the 8011 block of Knox Avenue.
