Police Reports: Vandalism in Maple Park, car stolen from business

The following reports were pulled from the latest police summaries provided by departments in our coverage area (Wilmette, Winnetka, Highland Park, Northfield, Kenilworth and Glencoe).

WILMETTE

April 25

• Items reportedly were stolen from a business in the 1500 block of Sheridan Road.

April 23

• A car reportedly was stolen while parked at a business in the 300 block of Linden Avenue.

April 21

• A watch reportedly was taken from a home in the 400 block of Poplar Drive.

WINNETKA

April 24

• Four locations reportedly were defaced overnight with spray paint at Maple Street Park, 725 Sheridan Road.

April 23

• Fraudulent transfers totaling $4,000 reportedly were made from a resident’s bank account between April 15-16.

GLENCOE

No reports between April 16-23 that meet The Record’s standards for publication.

HIGHLAND PARK

April 24

• Broken glass and a broken alarm panel reportedly were identified at Acura of Highland Park, 2699 Skokie Valley Road.

April 21

• Approximately $350 in damages reportedly was done to a residential gate and chimney in the 400 block of Braeside Road.

NORTHFIELD

No incidents reported by press time (Tuesday, April 29).

KENILWORTH

No incidents reported between April 16-25.
