Andrew Hollerich racked up 23 points, thanks in part to seven 3-pointers, in the Ramblers’ win on Saturday, Dec. 2, in Wilmette.

Hoffman Estates 53, Highland Park 50

The Giants fell in the nonconference matchup on Saturday, Dec. 1.

New Trier 52, Maine South 35

The Trevians earned the road victory on Friday, Dec. 1, in Park Ridge.

The Trevians earned a Central Suburban South victory on the road Thursday, Dec. 7, in Deerfield.

Highland Park 39, Vernon Hills 35

McKenzie Reitmayer led the Giants (4-2) with 17 points, while Kourtnie Halperin added 13, including the final four three throws that made the difference on Wednesday, Dec. 6.

Loyola 62, Marist 29

The Ramblers took down the Redhawks on Monday, Dec. 4 for their eighth win in eight tries.

Loyola 64, Vashon (St. Louis) 24

Morgan Bruno drained six 3-pointers for a team-high 18 points in the Ramblers’ victory Saturday, Dec. 2, as part of the Chicago Elite Classic.

Aubrey Galvan scored 14 points to go with 8 rebounds and Paige Engels added 10 for Loyola.

Maine South 53, New Trier 28

The Trevians fell in the Central Suburban South showdown on Friday, Dec. 1, in Winnetka.

GIRLS GYMNASTICS
Highland Park 121.25, Maine West 111.2

Jillian Mangione (31.65) and Maddyn Cohen (31.5) finished 1-2 in the all-around for the Giants on Thursday, Dec. 7.

Amelie Gerber won the vault, uneven bars and floor exercise for Highland Park.

New Trier 140.3, Carmel 138.3

Clara Crossgrove won the floor exercise (9.35) and Anabel Sturgis the uneven bars (9.15) as the Trevians earned the dual win on Tuesday, Dec. 5.

Taylor Kim finished second in the all-around (35.6) for the Trevians.

Glenbard West Hilltopper Invitational

Sammy Mills placed eighth (35.6) and Clara Crossgrove 10th (35.2) in the all-around scoring to help New Trier (138.8) to third place in the 12-team meet on Saturday, Dec. 2.

Crossgrove placed seventh in the floor exercise (9.15) to lead the Trevians results.

Rolling Meadows Invite

Maddyn Cohen won the vault (8.6) and the all-around (32.0) to help Highland Park to a second-place finish on Friday, Dec. 1.

BOYS SWIM AND DIVE
Patriot Relays

Augustus Noreuil won the 50-yard senior race to help New Trier to first place on Saturday, Dec. 2, at Stevenson High School.

The Trevians also won four of the relays — three free relays and a 400 medley relay.
