Wilmette, Elections

Find out who is running and who is not in The Record’s April 2023 Election Database

No policy decisions impact you and your family more intimately than those made by your local officials.

What is being built over there? How much does that school renovation cost? How do I put a fence around my yard?

Your elected officials discuss measures that affect your local way of life, and you deserve to know who they are and what they stand for.

It is with that in mind that The Record North Shore works to bring you effective and relevant coverage of your local elections — from candidate announcements and profiles to pre-election previews and post-election recaps to regular accountability reporting.

The Record’s latest project is the April 2023 Election Database, a searchable workbook with a bird’s eye view of each election in our coverage area (Wilmette, Winnetka, Glencoe, Northfield, Kenilworth and Highland Park). Complete with candidates and current officials who are out of the running, the database can be searched by name, race, town and keyword.

The database will regularly be updated with the latest news and information. Bookmark THIS LINK to check in as we get close to April.
