Glencoe Police Reports: High-end jewelry stolen from residence, necklaces nabbed from local business, more

Sept. 23

• Unknown offenders reportedly stole three necklaces, valued at around $150, at 5:33 p.m. from a retail store located in the 300 block of Park Avenue.

Sept. 25

• Someone in the 700 block of Grove Street reported that unknown offender(s) used their identity to obtain a $9,300 federal small business administration loan.

• A ring and several watches were allegedly stolen from a victim’s residence located in the 300 block of Old Green Bay Road at 3:02 p.m. Police say the value of the items stolen was more than $10,000. An investigation is ongoing, according to police.

Sept. 28

• Unknown offenders reportedly entered an unlocked 2015 BMW in the 700 block of Elder Court at 9:58 a.m. and stole a garage door opener. The victim reported the garage was opened and closed at 2:39 a.m.
